fr·ee is a global architecture and industrial design firm founded by Fernando Romero with offices in New York, Mexico City, Madrid and Shenzhen.My primary responsibilities:Led and mentored a team of 15-20 architects and designers supporting assigned projects.Established and maintained staffing plans.Provided primary day-to-day contact and communication for clients and outside consultants.Assisted in project proposals and contract negotiations.
