This achievement showcases my ability to launch successful and safe excursions, diving, and watersports centers, and work effectively with high-level management.I led a team of 20 highly skilled professionals and took over the existing watersports operations at Kuredu Island Resort, Hurawalhi Island Resort, Kudadoo Maldives Private Island, and Komandoo Island Resort on April 1st, 2022. My expertise in water sports and exceptional leadership abilities allowed us to surpass previous sales records and set a new benchmark for success. Working closely with the reopening GM, I launched a high-end watersports and excursion center that generated over 100k$ USD in monthly revenue. This achievement showcases my ability to launch successful excursions, diving, and watersports centers, drive revenue growth and work effectively with high-level management."Hondaafushi Island Resort:I successfully established a PADI 5-star diving center at Hondaafushi Island Resort in March 2021. Through collaboration with the management team, I created a budget-friendly watersports and excursion center that provided services to budget travelers. This demonstrates my ability to establish successful diving centers, even in challenging circumstances, and my skill in collaborating with teams to achieve common goals.

I formerly served as a Lecturer and Instructor Manager where I was responsible for coordinating Certificate 3 in Aquatic Recreation program. In this role, I worked with the Ministry of Education, UNICEF, and Red Crescent to ensure that all candidates arrived on time at Velaanaa International airport and were transported to the Villa College Campus at Sun Island Resort.As a lecturer, I taught a variety of modules, including Core Skills for Employment, Emergency First Response, Surf Rescue, Essentials of Motorized Watersports, Windsurfing, Catamaran Sailing, and Standard Operation Procedures in Water Sports. I emphasized safety in changing environmental conditions and motivated individuals to have enjoyable experiences, promoting healthy lifestyle choices, and managed instructors and beach operations for seamless daily operations. I also provided career opportunities and advice to candidates.
