The Infrastructure Automation and Monitoring unit has three squads: Infrastructure and Workload automation, Infrastructure and Application Monitoring, and ITSM. As the automation squad, we automate all data center operations with Automic (UC4), Ansible, VMWare VRA/VRO, etc. for all other units such as VMWare, Linux, Windows, Database, Network, SOC, and Security. As the ITSM squad, we give ITSM service with ServiceNow for all the IT and bank operations. As the monitoring squad, we monitor all data center components with Icinga such as Vmware, Linux, Windows, Database, Network, etc. and we also monitor banking applications with previously AppDynamics and currently Instana.

- Providing RPA service to over 200 business units from all over the world- As the COE, providing RPA technology as direct development by getting automation requests from business units or giving citizen developer license to develop their processes on their own- Separating SQL DB for Prod, Test, and Dev UiPath Environments- Installing Alwayson SQL DB for Production System- Creating maintenance queries for SQL DB and scheduling them to run regularly- Bringing workload automation technology UC4 (Automic) from Bosch Germany and applying it to the RPA environment- Moving possible RPA projects from UiPath to UC4 for license and cost saving- Developing e-mail scan automation on UC4 and moving e-mail-based dispacthers from UiPath to UC4- Installing High Availability solution for UiPath- Creating ELK for UiPath and managing the Kibana- Integrating UiPath and UC4 to manage licenses efficiently. Codebase projects work on UC4 and GUIbase projects work on UiPath and trig them each other via API- Creating a hybrid platform for the chatbot. Servers run on AWS and On-Prem datacenter for different purposes and to obey security rules- Creating Power Platform environment and providing service to all BSH business units
