A) General Accounting Procedures :- Managing Group Companies Accounting,- Intercompany transactions, capital regulations, Company establishments, mergers and acquisitions,- Beginning of period , opening and closing of period-end/year-end transactions.B) Financial Transactions :- Auditing, tax reviews, monitoring and controlling investment incentive processes, arranging financialtransactions between group companies,- Within the framework of the rules set by the Uniform Accounting, Turkish Accounting Standards (TAS) andInternational Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) To prepare the declarations, declarations and noticesaccording to the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law (VUK),- Participate in budget studies, giving support, Participate and support SAP, eBA installation and development.C) Investment Incentive :- Take Investment Incentive Certificates for the Group companies, revising (if necessary) and following up theprocess regarding the taking of the closing visa, reporting to the management,- Prepare opinions and proposals on group companies’ behalf according to the law and legislative amendments,transmission to relevant Ministries and Institutions.
