- Personal assistant for the Master Financial Consultant (MFC). Responsible for consolidating policy summary materials which were used by MFC in her day-to-day client meetings. - Additionally, I also assisted with daily administrative ad hoc tasks, such as generating quotations and following-up with clients to collect and process payments whenever necessary.

- Crucial role supporting the commercial corporate team.- Filtering jobs to the relevant policy processing teams (General Insurance, Health, Marine, Fire etc.)- In charge of timely dissemination of policy documents to clients.- Played an additional supporting role to the Finance department.- Responsible for compiling Bank cheques from clients and submitting it in a timely manner to the Finance department on a daily basis.

- Played a critical role in the process flow of customer orders. - In charge for creating excel workflows to track order statuses.- Compile crucial paperwork for monthly audits by the QA/QC department, etc.
