Divisional Hr Operations Manager
Current- Successfully oversees and manages daily HR operations for the organization, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Reviews and approves departmental budgets and reports on HR operational costs to leadership.
- Develops, reviews, and updates HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes in collaboration with HR Director, resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leads the administration of the Compensation Program, including job analysis, job descriptions, and applying point-factor job evaluation system to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
- Monitors, maintains, and manages integrations of the Dayforce system.
- Builds strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
