Peru

• Assigned to manage the IT PMO in a Fullstack Transformation program for a large multinational Telecom provider company. The assigned team consisted of 7 dedicated consultants distributed to monitor and control delivery of all projects (approximately 130) from every IT stream of the program.• Supported client to achieve three major program milestones by providing timely risk management, fulfilling stakeholders’ needs and their engagement in the process.• Reduced 19% rework in PMO reporting by enhancing project repository data and leveraging automated reporting, that resulted in improved team morale and work efficiency.

Peru

• Management of Lima Project Management staff (10 PMs), which involved career development and oversight.• Implementation of resource management and capacity planning practices for the fulfillment of projects demand by using PPM Software features and engaging/training IT Managers in the process.• Accomplishment of a critical financial product launch and retail store deployment in the state of MI (the 3rd largest operation in USA) by exploiting expertise and leading the Lima PM team to project delivery.

• Lead Project Manager for the implementation of strategic projects and launch of financial products for the retail channel in USA and UK. Achieved the launch of the new custom-built financial point of sales platform by leading a team of 70 dedicated multi-disciplinary resources in USA and Peru, engaging project stakeholders and managing project communication at different levels.• Project Manager for Online channel projects and requirements in USA, supporting the growth and expansion of Online/eCommerce Operations. Managed people distributed in Lima and USA. Honored as Superior Accomplishment 2012 – PMO based on proven leadership, ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and contribution to improve project management processes.
