A former 9-to-5 strategy consultant, David considers himself a 24/7 yogi – being a force for positive change in people's lives and the world. Born and raised in California, David has lived, worked and studied in 4 continents and calls London home for over 15 years. His family heritage comes from hard-working immigrants, leading him to apply a high level of dedication and care to his service of others. He is a champion for minority representation in the yoga industry, having served as a brand ambassador for lululemon. In addition to teaching yoga, David is also a breathwork facilitator and sound artist, leading sessions for corporates (e.g. Amazon, Blackrock, Selfridges, Pernod Ricard, lululemon, NHS, The National Grid) and at large-scale events such as Lost Village and Wilderness Festivals. Today, David can be found holding space in East London's premier studios.A career strategist at VIVALDI, a global brand consultancy, he has developed numerous brand strategy solutions (positioning, architecture, identity, experience) by leveraging his expertise in consumer / customer research and analysis. He was a chief architect of the VIVALDI's Demand-First Innovation and Growth™ methodology – a response to the increasing sophistication of clients who require new and innovative ways to position their brands for the future. His clients included LEGO, Samsung, Rusal, Mastercard, The Mayo Clinic, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Nestle, Credit Suisse and EDF Energy. He still consults for start-ups and scale-ups in his spare time.David is passionate about building communities and empowering individuals to lead more mindful lives through movement and meditation. He is a single dad to a newly adopted puppy named Bruno Whitesox. They both live in East London.
