My focus is on gathering requirements and prioritising them into a roadmap in line with our strategic goals. I work with a team of BAs and UX design specialists to turn these requirements into user stories. And I liaise with the development team to make sure the whole team is on-board.I speak regularly with clients and other stakeholders to understand their core needs. Based on this, I prioritise effectively. Within my first six months in this role I had identified that 38% of requirements did not need to be delivered to reach an MVP, drastically reducing the time and investment required to test out our new ideas.I'm used to working with business stakeholders who have expectations for delivery deadlines. I make sure to have candid conversations with our stakeholders and developers to reduce the risk of unexpected delays or new requirements. I monitor the competitive landscape and help to guide our positioning in relation to the market. I'm also heavily involved in curating the product onboarding and training experience, working with colleagues in operations and technical support to deliver a great client experience throughout the product lifecycle.
