I have managed conventional and digital Pre-Press deptartments and production plant-wide interacting with many employees. For many years my position required communicated directly with clients to determine their needs for print projects and consulted with many agencies to improve their production of digital artwork and work-flows to improve their printing results.6 years Co-Owner/Operator Photography company. During this time i co-founded and co-operated a commercial and wedding/portrait Studio. Capturing all digital images, retouching, and converting to CMYK formats for commercial printing and RGB for photo printing.
