These tools help AWS account teams proactively focus customer conversations in areas where the customer needs the most help by highlighting patterns and inconsistencies in customer service and feature adoption. To facilitate the customer conversation, the tools produce dynamically generated customer-facing assets with risks, recommendations, and reproduction instructions. In the last 8 months, the tools have been used on 3.5k+ unique customers by 1.2k+ unique users and are on track to influence $79M in net-new service usage this year.

Collaborated with venture creation focused Healthcare and Life Science VC firms to produce repeatable and strongly opinionated networking, security, storage, and compute architectures for portfolio companies. Collectively called the Biotech Blueprint, the solution stands up the foundational architecture for secure research environment in the cloud for in 15 minutes. It also includes optional solutions for computational chemistry, laboratory inventory management, open data sets, omics pipelines, high performance computing, and lab notebooks. The 'biotech in a box' makes it easier for startups to get their scientific workloads into the cloud with the confidence they can scale. As a result, 690+ customers have deployed the Biotech Blueprint where it accelerated average yearly spend from $12K to $358K totaling $41M in revenue to date.

Established the investor-focused Solution Architecture team as the first AWS sales engineer dedicated to Accelerators, VCs, and Private Equity. Pre-VC activity was focused on leading 1:1 technical office hours and 1:many technical enablement sessions with startups at accelerators like Y-Combinator, 500 Startups, and TechStars. VC activity focused on 1:1 VC-backed customer enablement and 1:many thought leadership sessions with VCs like Madrona, Battery Ventures, and Sequoia. Developed a tool to quantify cyber, cost, and resilience risks across a Private Equity portfolio and regularly delivered results to operating partners at firms like Blackstone, Francisco Partners, and Bain.
