The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) is a non-profit German foundation funded by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany. It was founded in 1925 and is named after Germany's first democratically elected President, Friedrich Ebert. FES opened its Vietnam Office in Hanoi in 1990 and is one of the first international non-profit organisations to work in Vietnam. My work in FES Vietnam includes:- Assist in the implementation of Green Youth Labs on Energy Transition and Spring School on Fundamental Rights - Provide translation and interpretation from English to Vietnamese and vice versa- Provides support in the execution of other activities as assigned

Green Youth Labs is a training programme for innovation and a socially equitable energy transition, funded by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) and implemented by the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) Climate and Energy Project in Asia and Live and Learn (L&L). My key responsibilities are: - Develop and execute media strategies to raise awareness and attract the participation of Vietnamese youth force for energy transition in particular and climate change in general. - Coordinate programs with the project officers and assign tasks to 6 interns. - Results: Receive 243 applications and 43 973 facebook reach.

METI Internship is an annual internship program funded by the Ministry of Economy and Trade of Japan aiming to create opportunities for foreign undergraduates and graduates to have short-term internship at Japanese enterprises. AT 20 years old, I was the youngest intern of the 2021 program.Responsibilities:- Manage and create content for DENDAMA social media accounts and websites to increase brand awareness. Results:- Increase Facebook reach by 986% and post engagements by 834%; raise over USD 7000 through crowdfunding.
