As a proven Criminal Investigator with 20 years of experience with the U.S. Secret Service, I offer expertise in securing facilities, assets, and personnel as well as conducting threat assessments and investigating financial crimes.Having progressed from financial investigations to protective detail to supervisory roles, I excel in leading teams in diverse forms of security coverage. I am proud to have coordinated and carried out protection services domestically and internationally for the President of the United States, other government officials, and a diverse range of dignitaries. That experience honed my attention to detail and ability to accurately assess and respond to various risks/threats. As I advanced into leadership roles, I was tasked with training, mentoring, and leading security professionals in evaluating both digital and physical threats, securing access to key facilities, and examining the validity of intelligence on a daily basis. I became highly skilled in recognizing and correcting vulnerabilities and identifying the appropriate response to a crisis. As a result, I can limit and mitigate risk and liability in diverse operational settings. During my time in the Secret Service, I have managed up to 30 team members while administering intelligence operations in 28 field offices. I am known as a motivating team leader who empowers professionals to succeed by giving them the information, training, and tools they need to do their jobs at the highest standard of excellence.
