Each of the QA tasks starts with an analysis of the module and its dependencies.Job responsibilities:- Understanding project flow and in depth knowledge of project functionalities- Prepared quality test plans and test cases, smoke tests, automated testing, browser compatibility testing.- Part of scrum teams working on short sprints and ensure on time delivery with high quality.- Performed analysis for functional requirements and translated the requirements into written test plans and detailed test cases, for both front-end (UI based), back-end (database SQL Server) Applications.- Jira test case management using Zehpyr- Executing tests, extracting results, creating issues in Jira/tracking them.- Performed tests against client specification.- Working directly with the developers, submitting issues and retesting on different environments.- Provided knowledge transfer to new team members- Prepared test release documents to be provided to the client.- Deep understanding of scrum methodologies and scrum ceremonies by providing daily stand-ups and demos when requested to the team and clients, participating in sprint planning, review and retrospective.
