-manage the accreditation activity in accordance with the standard SR EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2018 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories";-accredited electromagnetic compatibility testing on electrical and electronic equipment, radio equipment and mobile telecommunications equipment in accordance with national and European standards;-accredited immunity testing on electrical and electronic equipment in accordance with national and European standards.

▪ IT and communications infrastructure configuration:, Domain Controller( Active Directory), DNS Server, File Server, Print Server, DHCP, Mail Server, Remote access, Operating Systems, network services, client procedures, internal military specific applications;▪ Internal network planning and implementation: physical connectivity, defining communication flows based on the specific activities and security levels within the institution; ▪ Network incident management and troubleshooting at different layers (active and passive communication devices, switches, terminals, workstations);▪ Defining, implementing and maintaining internal IT best practices and security procedures, including: physical security, user authentication mechanisms, IT resources permissions and restrictions, security models, automated policy enforcement on user workstations, personalized procedures;▪ Developing and conducting training sessions dedicated to internal users, covering newly implemented technologies;▪ Periodical verification on security policy compliance;▪ Managing budgets for the assigned IT projects.

▪ Working with different types of radar systems for monitoring the airspace;▪ Maintenance and repairing of electronic equipment (radars, communications systems, guns).▪ Leading military groups between 5 and 30 persons in various missions; ▪ Conducting the professional development of the military subordinates (physical, technical and legal training).▪ Document management, including registration and archiving at various classification levels, both in physical and electronic format;▪ Collaboration with military and civilian institutions (SRI, STS, local authorities).

▪ Conducting radar training activities for groups of 3 to 5 people;▪ Delivering military tactics trainings and other specialized courses for subordinates.
