CurrentAREAS OF EXPERIENCE:Use production illustrations, specifications, shop aids, blueprints or other information sources, to perform fabrication or assembly processes necessary to build electrical wires or wire bundles.Set up, adjust and operate numerical or computer controlled machines to cut, identify and prepare electrical wiring.Select proper wire, load, adjust and machine feed the marking and cutting mechanisms to control machine operations.Coordinate, prepare and package for transportation finished products for delivery to the customer.Facilitate part movement within the organization.Use electrical testing instruments such as ohmmeter and test lights to accomplish work assignments. Make continuity checks and complete pickups and authorized changes.Perform mechanical, sealing, soldering, encapsulation, decal installation or other work necessary to accomplish work assignments.Revise drawings and incorporate changes as necessary. Work with or without wire forming boards, jigs, fixtures or tooling.Route, or pre-route wire assemblies and bundles. Locate points, parts, holes and wire bundles from marked or known station lines or index points. Monitoring and enforcing provisions with the Collective Bargaining Agreement to ensure that both the Boeing Company and District 751 members are not violating terms of the agreement. Represents union members, with whom the company believes have violated company policies or terms and conditions, with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. A member of the Human Right's Committee for the IAM District 751. A member of the Labor History and Education for IAM District 751. A member of District Council Delegate for IAM District 751.A member of Diversity Council at Boeing and serve as a Gate Keeper.I work with more than 40 countries diversity group of people.I serve as a Union Steward for more than 35,000 employees as Boeing.
