I was the student who always had a question. From a young age, I had always been eager to learn new things and go back home to tell my mom what I learned. Even though I am the oldest of five children, I had to develop my leadership role, and I did. I became a manager at the age of 20 which helped me practice my leadership skills. My goal is to exceed in everything I set my mind to, and I’m always determined to see it through. Having studied psychology, I love connecting with new people and getting a deeper understanding of them.My Year Up training has deepened my curiosity and critical thinking while immersing me in Information Technology challenges and problems to be solved. In the program's third week, I was Professional of the week, by demonstrating exceptional leadership skills among my colleagues. In my numerous customer service positions, I have practiced active listening, rapport building, accountability, adaptability, and patience which have allowed me to become flexible and well-rounded.By being the oldest, I am naturally responsible. I can handle any task thrown at me with my critical thinking skills. I am a great asset to any team as I am both a team player and a leader.
