Analyzes reoccurring reports to review outputs to ensure standardization of HR business processes throughout the HQ, MEDCOM; coordinates with respective facilities to provide additional training and/or instruction when concerns are identified. Maintains a problem log which includes information on the date, the nature and origin of end-user request and the date and nature of resolution. Analyzes problem log to identify systemic problems that need more aggressive solutions. Facilitates, tracks and monitor requests for future system requirements and enhancements for modules within the system. Maintains current on the development status and functional capabilities of DMHRSi to eliminate or minimize duplication of functions. Coordinates with respective functional subject matter experts to analyze and interpret the request and impact on current processes and procedures.

I ensure accuracy of personnel demographic data. I use electronic data or reports from other official personnel systems to identify discrepancies between data in the systems. I research any discrepancies to obtain the correct information and notify the appropriate POC to have data corrected in either the personnel source system or the Defense Medical Human Resource System internet (DMHRSi), depending on which system had the incorrect data. My primary responsibilities are in support of the man-hour data for MEPR systems. Duties are associated with the collection, analysis, maintenance, consolidation, and evaluation of cost and manpower data for the DOD MEPRS Program which includes the Labor Cost Assignment (LCA) Module of DMHRSi and the Expense Assignment System (EAS). Individual serves as a point of a reference for requirements and procedures of the DMHRS LCA, Coordinates with personnel at all levels throughout BAMC, the outlying facilities, and the Dental Activity (DENTAC) on the correct use of the system and proper reporting of man-hours. I review validation reports for errors and inaccurate data. I ensure man-hours will be charged against all accounts for which a provider captured workload, by evaluating provider man-hour data against their workload statistics and the work centers fail to make the appropriate corrections. Assists to validate man-hour data monthly processing. I identify downward trends in data accuracy. Reviews, interprets and maintains current regulations, directives, manuals, bulletins, etc., relating to the DOD MEPR System to ensure compliance. Maintains an audit trail of changes made to data in case of audit by higher headquarters.Produce reports, extracts and compiles data from DMHRS and EAS to provide to users
