This office speak to over 4,000 customers on a daily basis & are responsible for our incredible performance and growth results to date. We are increasing our head count at Barrow and we are looking to add another 30-40 full time agents to our already impressive team.Our Teesside office is the head office where our Customer Services, Front Line Sales, Cross-selling, Retentions, Credit Control & Technical teams are based. This office handle over 6,000 calls a day inbound & outbound to our customers. On average we add and renew around 1400-1600 customers each month to our company and this figure is constantly increasing every month.
