Bringing over 15 years of holistic experience as a yoga and mindfulness facilitator, I am passionate about integrating wellness concepts & principles into the corporate world, helping organizations and high-functioning professionals thrive in the face of change.In 2022, I was awarded a scholarship from the Somatic Experiencing Institute to become a Somatic Experience Practitioner, enhancing my abilities to support individuals & organizations in achieving holistic well-being.With expertise in designing & delivering experiential workshops & retreats, I have devoted my career to promoting health, wellness, & mindfulness in both personal and professional contexts. My journey has led me to successfully transition from an illustrious 23-year UN career in emergency response and logistics to my true calling, fostering corporate transformation through holistic well-being.With my ability to design & deliver programs to a wide cross-section of organizations, I have served as an adjunct professor at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus in 2021 and 2022. There I taught 3rd year university students a summer school course entitled Gender, Sex & Culture. This makes me an excellent fit for online teaching at the university level, as I’m enthusiastic about knowledge sharing. In the course of my career, I have been featured as a speaker in global events, including MindValley's A-Fest, BaliSpirit Festival, & more. I have also been published in renowned publications such as Mantra Magazine, Essence Magazine, & Wanderlust Magazine, and have made media appearances on CNN Indonesia, Jamaica's CVM Sunrise, & other international platforms.I have a record of hosting a transformative corporate retreat for UNFPA in Copenhagen, Denmark and have also designed and facilitated a 28-day Yoga Alliance certified program on leading Women's Circles during the pandemic. My aspiration is to lead large-scale corporate wellness retreats annually, engage in high-impact speaking engagements each year, and highest of all, complete and publish my memoir as a best-seller! Ultimately, I aim to become a globally recognized name in corporate transformation through personal well-being.I am particularly interested in wellness integration consultancy for large-scale international organizations, where I can leverage my expertise in wellness integration & mindfulness to drive organizational change & personal growth.My mantra: Dwell in infinite possibilities.
