=>Lead and grow a team of product, pre-sales and customer success.=>Head the customer development process and learn everything there is to learn about why and how various infrastructure & security solution, software solutions, device OEMs.=>Work with the technology team, designers, and other product managers to establish quarterly goals, activities, and the key results to measure success.=>Participate in the creation of user's stories, specs, roadmaps, and own the prioritization of tasks and activities.=>Represent the product (and the company) in visits to partners and customers. =>Participate and influence other products strategies and roadmaps. =>Work closely with customer success, sales, and operations teams at Mars Solutions to improve customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention. =>Responsible for technical and business design to address customer requirements to supporting all customer deals.=>Partner closely with the sales team on new prospects and existing clients. =>Focus on driving deal efficiency in public and private sector deals. =>Support the revenue functions to qualify opportunities and suitability for the company. =>support the revenue function by developing prospect specific winning proposals, pitches, demos, RFI/RFP responses and business cases. =>Maintain and build demonstrable use cases across a growing product set, and re-use existing use cases from other opportunities.=>convey and track customer and industry demand to our product management team to contribute to innovation and product prioritization.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to=>aligning yourself with IT Infrastructure, Cloud Solutions, IT Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security and Cybersecurity Solutions offered by Omega Exim Limited.=>maintaining communication with OEM/SI to devise required solutions.=>leading the enterprise solutions team to achieve revenue and excellence =>maintaining customer relationship to mature prospects.=>be on top of the requirement gathering, developing solution and RFP preparation engagement.=>developing technically and financially viable solution that meets customer requirement in a manner that eliminates competition.=>preparing and presenting customer-facing presentations and whiteboard discussions, organize tech demos & PoCs whenever required.=>developing comprehensive techno-commercial proposal considering ROI and economic models to justify investments in the proposed solutions stacks.=>collaborate with internal team and setting the technical strategy for maturing leads within sales cycles.=>ensuring customer success through successful delivery of the proposed solution.=>keeping yourself up to date with the new technologies through continuous learning to ensure Mars Solutions Limited’s offerings remain relevant.=>engaging yourself into innovative activities to develop team and department work functions.

TISPL is a US $3 Billion Multinational IT company ranging 38 countries all over the world with their headquarters based in Singapore. I am a member of their technical team to provide support both hardware and software related problems and configuration for IBM midrange servers – namely IBM Power System and IBM printers related to these servers across its business territories.=>Provide on-site server support for administrative, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, security control, system tuning and technical support for the IBM Power System Servers during both business hours and outside normal business hours.=>Determine and monitor technical status of systems and plan for future capacity, modifications, connections, and licensing issue.Work closely with IT staffs at client locations to observe and recommend on backup and restores, creating test environments, application updates and apply patches to applications.=>Conduct training on customer site for better understanding of system concepts.
