• Obtaining, checking BL and preparing documentation to meet requirements, packing specifications, and compliance with overseas countries' regulations.
• Working closely with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth operations to deadlines
• Inputting shipment information via INTTRA and carrier’s website.
• Follow up all necessary document for whom concerned, invoice, debit note, credit note.
• Providing shipment report following SOP.
• Handling whit shipper and forwarder when any problems occur.
