My job responsibility at the out patient department was to see around 40-50 Patients per day. These include Acute coronary syndrome, Hypertension,TIA, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia and other conditions like Asthma, COPD,Arthritis. I was also involved in the Outpatient management of Pediatrics and Surgical cases like Incision drainage and Suturing of wounds, acute management of trauma, and Surgical emergencies.

I have the experience of working offshore while attending sick crews on board the Ship for almost five years. Various sailors were identified to be in a state of shock due to Hyperpyrexia, Dehydration, Sepsis and Medical emergencies like Stroke ,Accelerated hypertension, Diabetic ketoacidosis.

During these years I have managed various emergencies related to Surgery, Medicine, Pediatrics and Orthopedics. I have considerable experience of basic life support and Advanced Cardiac life support. Other worked involved debridement and suturing of simple deep cut wound Incision and drainage, urinary retention decompression, traction of Femoral fracture. And Splinting of other Fractures.
