I help organizations build, market and sell digital healthcare products.I work hard to help companies see the bigger picture of what they're trying to accomplish - segmenting the market, illustrating the customer journey, understanding the competitive environment, mapping out an end-user's workflow, and measuring customer success and market-fit. In short, everything an organization should think through to understand whether it can create a competitive advantage.I spend time thinking about what your end-users want and need. Will the new solutions make life better for users in some way? In my spare time, I'm raising two wonderful teens who are always on my case about the amount of time I'm spending listening to podcasts. I tell them that it helps me to understand what's coming next in the digital space. Are there new technologies being adopted that could make life easier for my clients?
