Reduced sensor selection and orientation time by 55%. 2. Used a genetic algorithm to auto-orient the rear-view mirror in the given range and to validate the coverage area.3. Developed an application in CATIA to create, measure, and validate the coverage area of a wiper system. 4. Developed an envelope for the gear shift lever using the marching cubes algorithm.

• I primarily worked with the Steering team to design and manufacture robust steering system.It included design of the steering geometry, deciding the Ackermann percentage for the car.• Further I designed and manufactured a rack and pinion gearbox to ensure that the steering torque at the steering wheel is reduced with an effort to reduce the driver effort.

• I worked with various sub-system teams like Chassis, Transmission, Steering, Brakes to understand the importance of each sub-system's role in the complete car design and manufacturing process.
