Modular Conveyor, Indexer with auto-lock mechanism, Slat conveyor, Belt Conveyor, Z-type modular belt conveyor, Palletized Roller Conveyor, Power & Free conveyors various parts such as stopper, Load bar, Tackles etc., Motion study of Power & Free conveyor for fouling checkingWork Responsibilities:• Prepare checklist & maintenance catalogues for module & system.• Prepare bills of materials for conveying system.• Work in standardization to reduce design hours.• Collaborate with senior mechanical designers on large-scale design projects.• Develop robust designs for new, special, or existing products that can be produced economically and according to established project timelines.• Engaging in all phases of new product development, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support• Prepare using 2D and 3D CAD software mechanical drawings, detailed drawings and assembly models complete with calculated dimensions and tolerances.• Revise and alter detailed and layout drawings to conform to engineering changes.• Strong ability and capability of using Solidworks add on programs such as Simulation.• Visit customer sites for technical discussion, measurements and requirement understanding. • Ensure our design meet manufacturing, technical, quality and customer requirement.• Evaluate the function, safety and appearance of products to ensure they have a practical design.• Ensure that all design projects are completed within time.• Standardizing common parts for further use.
