Project Title: Development of Bioprosthetic Heart ValveKey Responsibilities• Design of the valve stent, leaflet, fabric cover, fixtures for stent annealing, silicone molds and valve holder using Creo Parametric, SpaceClaim and Rhino-7.• Hydrodynamic performance and durability assessment of the valve in compliance with ISO 5840.• Image capture and dimensional verification using Leica digital microscope to study the changes on bioprosthetic heart valves after durability testing as well as for leaflet shrinkage analysis.• FEA analysis to study leaflet design using Ansys Workbench 18.2.• Pericardium leaflet cutting using laser cutting machine.
