In this role, in addition to developing the strategy, I successfully recruited and managed a team of data engineers and data scientists, while also establishing and overseeing external collaborations and full-time equivalents (FTEs).I developed a comprehensive end-to-end MLOps platform for pathway flow analysis, utilizing mixed-integer and linear programming along with biochemical pathway prediction algorithms. This innovative approach led to a remarkable 40% increase in the productivity of money-making biochemical pathways (see patent: 20180002704).Additionally, we employed predictive modelling techniques to identify biochemical pathways that resulted in an 18% reduction in waste and a 10% increase in substrate utilization (see patent: 20180023088).
