Currently working on Saudi Mobily projects to Implement All MW Transmission activities remotely. I am reporting for all MDTs (Work Order), TT for outage and Exceed MDT. Assigning Task to engineers and close following of all implementation activities performed by engineers in the field for Saudi Mobily network.➢ Responsible to support for project delivery by managing all microwave and Wireless related activities➢ Responsible for Making plan and share with Front Line for smooth execution➢ Responsible to maintain customer satisfaction by completing the task/project goals in time➢ Major projects were completed without any Violation or customer complain➢ Working on LOS survey➢ Working as Integration Engineer➢ Working on Saudi Mobily Project (L800, FTK, Rise, L+12,APEX and Next) in Huawei GSC department➢ LOS survey approval on ISDP➢ MW survey on ISDP➢ All type of Link configuration including SDB, EBAND, XPIC, SD, HSB ,HP, XMC2, XMC3,XMC5D➢ PLA, EPLA, SEPLA and CA Configuration➢ Troubleshooting Alarms on site related to MW➢ Configuration of new and old RTN including 905, 950, 950A, 980, 380➢ Performed hardware and Software upgrade activities including Version upgrade and Patch upgrade

Responsible for monitoring of all traffic inbound/outbound on switch, Alarm monitoring, Carrier balance monitoring, Network performance monitoring, Fault handling, QoS monitoring, troubleshooting.Provide route cause analysis of clients ticket’s to help mitigate further issues from occurring again. Also providing timely updates to customers’ inquiries by Skype, email and online reporting.Diagnose and escalation of network issues and coordination with various stakeholders such as Customers/Vendors/Suppliers for earlier resolution.

Conducted extensive research on the Internet to help with providing factual statistics into the articles/blogs. Also, have done excellent work in the writing and editing of documents regarding recent projects during pandemic including Amir Pakistan Ventilator, BiPAP, CPAP, Oximeter and thermal Gun etc.
