Untapped is Arkansas' first and only professional tap dance company. Untapped provides schools and community centers engaging dance workshops using tap shoes derived mostly though donations. Without these free, interactive events, the opportunity to participate in the historical and culturally influential art form of tap dance would be lost to these individuals. The mission of Untapped is to cultivate an awareness and appreciation for the art of tap dancing. Through performances and educational workshops untapped showcases America's rich and diverse tap dance culture and history. With respect for the past and a driven passion to advance the art, Untapped will share with audiences the amazing and entertaining art of tap dancing.
