Family House International and the Family House Network is a Non-Profit Organisation that I founded in December, 2022.A safe place to inquire & be inspired | Simple Treasures🌎 International Community🤝 Committed to helping young people develop their professional, political, and spiritual virtues.Beyond our Instagram page @familyhouseintl, we are a virtual community on other social platforms.We have reached +150 people tuning in from Asia, the Carribean, Europe, Africa, and North and South America on our WhatsApp closed group and community.Every day, we keep each other updated and reassure each other that we are not alone. We understand that we can become better people when we are receptive to the possibilities. I work with the Admissions Department at my school, the African Leadership Academy (ALA), to help recruit and enroll the ALA Class of 2023 students and beyond. Our key objective is to find the most talented students on the African continent so that they can experience our dynamic community and foster our mission as an institution.

The African Leadership Consulting Group (ALCG) works to aid in the growth of small to medium-size businesses on the African continent through top-notch consulting.I headed consulting operations at the African Leadership Consulting Group (ALCG). In this role, my skills of empathy helped me upskill internal consultants and interns dealing with imposter syndrome. I was able to network effectively, as I strengthened our diverse network of young entrepreneurs on the African continent. I outsourced partnerships with the African Leadership Group, the Anzisha Prize network, and clients like the Mastercard Foundation. Once, I represented our company favourably to MBA candidates from London Business School (LBS). This secured the LBS consulting club as part of our network.Duties and Achievements:•Project Manager for the Clubs and Societies Consulting Project. I managed the tasks and communications surrounding the consulting for the Knitting Club and the African Dance Club, in particular too.•Revamped the consulting packages for ALCG to be more measurable and effective.•Launched the internal accountability buddy system, which keeps each consultant on top of their game, gives constructive feedback for collective and individual growth, and aids efficiency throughout every task and procedure.•Had the accountability buddy system inform and increase collective knowledge of what goes on in the team across the different departments.•Achieved OKRs 100% and they proved effective by November 2022 progress reports and performance review.

West African Cuisine food service.Ekua’s Cuisine was founded by three friends: Erinayo Ayodele-Bamisaye - CFOKing Oluwadare - COOUnuma Michael - CEO.The entity is famous for its plantain chips.Ekua’s Cuisine grew to become central to the lives of many students, staff, and their families on campus at the African Leadership Academy. With only three staff, Ekua's Cuisine amassed a monthly turnover of 600 rands, producing over a hundred packs of plantain chips bi-weekly.My duties as CEO included:Secure contracts and opportunities for the team. Represent the team in external relations Develop OKRs.Strategic relations.Compose emails to clients and the ALA community.Communicate with retail partners such as Snackbar (the school vending machine providers).Make deliveries to staff.
