I developed and launched a new concept for training within the company. The project included purchasing and implementing a Learning Management Platform,development and commercialization of the concept as well as internal training of staff. I also managed marketing, with a focus on online and social marketing, SEO, lead generation and marketing automation.

I worked mainly with internal communications, investor relations, the external web site and the graphic corporate identity.I developed and launched Cision’s first Group wide internal newsletter and developed a new external web site for the Group. I was responsible for the development of annual reports as well as investor presentations. I was responsible for the company’s visual identity and developed an on-line design bank for the Group.

I developed a portal where users in six countries could store and retrieve customer, industry and competitor information to facilitate knowledge transfer within the Group. I created a management organization and user guidelines for the portal, and trained users in the six subsidiaries. The portal led to increased interaction between the subsidiaries and created opportunities for our global unit to collaborate on global customer accounts.
