With a diploma in Information Systems Security from SAIT fueling my passion, my goal is to enter the cybersecurity sector and contribute to protecting digital environments. I joined the Momentum program in IT Support Specialist, where I acquired my CompTIA A+ certification and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals. I am currently working towards my Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, and Microsoft Azure certifications.In addition to my technical expertise, I have a strong background in customer service, where I developed valuable skills in problem-solving and client communication.
