I founded White Print in 2013 with the hope of filling a large void in the availability of reading material for persons with blindness in India. Through the magazine we are able to provide a regular source of braille literature to the doorstep of individuals, educational institutions, organisations in every corner of the country. The magazine also became a medium of understanding the gaps in the society, it gave us a closer look at the paucity of learning resources. Moreover, it also helped us gain crucial insight into the perceptions, the mindset of people towards persons with disability that in my opinion, is the usually the bigger problem. At White Print, the mission has always been to embrace the values of inclusion and diversity. Considering it crucial to inculcate these values at a young age, we forayed into publishing children's literature with Look Out, Look Within, Flowers for Sunaina and more recently Run Saba Run with which I also turned author. Taking the learnings and the extensive experience of running White Print forward, I consult startups and corporates with their journeys in the diversity & inclusion space.The core vision of making the world a little more inclusive everyday is what drives me each day!
