In this capacity, my role includes Two way Potential search i.e. Locating potential Client and potential candidates to meet the requirements of existing & potential clients. Client handling, offer negotiation, Consultants Handling, Managing issues pertaining to non-performance, grievances, Legal Formalities, Consultant's Logistics arrangements etc.

Introduced the concept of HR which includes Designing Policies & Procedures and Implementing the same, Defining Clear Organisation Structure, Defining Roles & Responsibility Accross Levels, Manpower Planning, Recruitments, Induction, Performance Appraisals, Salary Revision, Employee Welfare, Grievance Handling and other HR Best Practices.
