Service & Operations Process Trainee
- Process service request cases systematically as per defined assignment and case deadlines, also establish operational procedures.
- Participate in Operational, Domain and soft skills development training programs to develop process.
- Participate in team meetings, huddles, and brainstorm sessions with peers to discuss process updates and operational issues.
- Utilize various computer applications to review service requests and support with documentation/paperwork.
- Ensure availability of required information and documentation to process such requests accurately.
- Follow up with advisors if additional information is required.
