Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and guidelines for materials used in renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with industry standard and regulations.6.Ensure adherence to all environmental, health and safety guidelines and polices, promoting sustainable and responsible project execution.7.Imporved 40% quality of project by provide training and support to internal stakeholders on quality assurance procedures, best practices and regulatory requirements.8. Participate in cross functional meeting and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in quality performance, cost efficiency and sustainability.9.Review and approval of all test protocols prepared by the respective company contractors/subcontractors.10.Ensure quality control for the work preformed by the company contractors (according to quality control plan) and including quality control preparation, FAT, Quality control on site during construction and commissioning.11. Ensure that test is compliant with test protocols, quality control plan and relevant Standard (IS or IEC)/ Industry practices.12.Preparing documents, do needful changes at site and preparing As-build drawing.13.Preparing detail project report for solar project with lesson learn, good and bad practices.14. Conduct weekly progress meeting and analysis site progress status. Vital problems have been identified and short it out through practical and technical discussion.15. Coordinate and constant communication with contractor for execution of project, package review meeting and approval for billing.
