-Coordinate and oversee the installation of civil/structural trade works (concrete, steel, precast etc.) -Produce and action Inspection Test Plans (ITP’s) -Read and interpret shop drawings, Building Information Modelling (BIM), and specifications -Monitor the quality and progress of subcontractor works, rejecting where required-Undertake and manage site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and QHSE -Work alongside the Project Manager to ensure all commissioning and deliverable dates are incorporated into the program -Assist with Request for Information (RFI) and progress claims -Manage QA documentation

-Interpreting plans, regulations, and codes of practice.-Preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications.-Performing routine computations and plotting preliminary data.-Preparing, editing, and revising plans, maps, charts, and drawings. -Preparing scaffold designs including single line diagrams, schematic diagrams, and scaffolding equipment take-offs.-Maintaining project drawings, documentation and records in accurate and organised manner ensuring completeness and accuracy of all data in accordance with company quality systems and standards.-Calculating costs and estimating time scales for scaffolding projects.-Estimate project labour & equipment costs, for review and approval by senior managers.-Proactively collaborate with appropriate team members, contributors, and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness, and co-ordination of project deliverables.-Ensuring that design tasks undertaken meet appropriate technical standards and the requirements to the client.
