Handling end to end Operations for Delhi / NCRKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - • Having responsibilities to manage an average business of 4.5 cr. through a space of 5000 sq. feet. • Leading and managing a team of 85+ employees including Asst. Manager, WH Executives, commercial Executives, Operation Executives. Service Associates. • Taking care of last mile delivery for all Orders received in Delhi/ NCR by keeping TAT, TTD and NPS under control. • Checking and providing end to end solutions for all escalated cases and managing Delight programme. • Ensure recruitment of the right people, sufficiently trained/developed to deliver to our customers.Regular performance monitoring and review. • Customer Service Index (Complaints) to be within controlled limits. • Deliver the shopping experience that our customers demand and aim for customer delight. • Dealing with vendors for Price negotiations. • Cost control and improving efficiency by implementing new process. • Maintaining statutory license.
