My field of experience is Project and Construction Management, QA-QC, Inspection of high rise building, coordination, Supervision, Installation, operation and maintenance. 2. Attending inspection (work inspection and material inspection) to ensure that work and material are constructed in accordance with contract documentation, standards-BS,NFPA, Authority standards & method statement ,Preparing BOQ, Design and estimating for ELV Solution. 3. Start-up /kick-off meeting to ensure smooth running projects 4. Handling of Zone -4, 74 Schools all over Qatar. 5. Attend technical discussion meeting/Meetings with the client, contractor & Design and design consultant representative to support design & all construction related material –i.e various technical issue, design and project progress meeting as directed by resident engineer or PM 6. Planning PPM Schedule for Supervisor and Technicians and implementing work schedule. Maintenance and service of ELV/ICT system 7. Handling Sub contractor and site surveys and client meeting for requirement analysis. 8. Implementation initiation and site supervision and site supervision for assigned project. Coordination with consultant, client, and contractor during site supervision. 9. Reporting work progress report to ELV Manager daily basis. 10. Conducting site survey and reporting to ELV Manager11. Maintain and Reviewing of CAEMS, CAEFM Work service request.12. Scheduling our Tech Team to Deal with All maintenance Work request and PPM activity.
