● Design components for autonomous, Battery, fuel cell truck systems from the concept to completion● Researches, designs, installs, validates, analyzes, and maintains machined parts, welded fabrications, and other components of structural, mechanical and electrical systems and processes to meet requirements● Conduct design analysis using hand calculation and FEA (using creo simulate)● Drafting of parts using tolerance stack up analysis and GD&T● Confers with Engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve mechanical problems and provide technical information● Investigates and diagnoses mechanical and structural failures and makes recommendations to maintenance crew● Collaborates cross-functionally to integrate mechanical components, hydraulic components, and electrical systems into mining equipment● Design of electrical assemblies, which includes routing of harnesses and cables, selection of components for mounting Harnesses , connectors, conduits, connectors pins and wires● Conduct Design Review meeting to get the concept and design approved● Update the testing truck as per the requirements● Support production plant as required during manufacturing of the components
