Security Loss & Prevention Manager – Amazon Seller Services Pvt. Ltd • Coordination for installation, commissioning and supply of security equipment’s during new site launch.• Conduct forensic interviews based on analytical results, conduct interviews in case of policy violations and reporting investigation results and publish with relevant stakeholders. • Co-ordination with legal function and act as per guidelines for appropriate measures against the culprit and ensuring the recovery against the company losses. • Effectively use resources for data mining, CCTV and other surveillance for purposes of loss analysis and investigations • Selection and Recruitment of security manpower. Identification of the security training needs for Staff, Security officers and Security guards.• Deep diving on site’s loss reports and formulating and sharing the root cause analysis report along with action items to the stakeholders.• Act as a POC during any emergency at site and contacting and liaison with Law enforcement agencies.• Formulating and conducting various audits to measure and improve inventory health of the site and supporting site operations team to have a better customer experience.

Working as member of Team Security, providing 24 hrs supports for Emergency, Incident/Crisis management, Information escalation, Information Centre, MIS reporting.Troubleshooting of DVSR, FAS and Access Control System.Monitoring, managing and updating records of all security automation systems such as CCTV, Fire Alarm, and access control systems and receiving feedback on any suspicious activity in premises.
