JOB RESPONSIBILITY: Working as Retail Oman Finance Advisor with enforcing strong financial controllership, analyzing, tracking, and provide support to Sales & Operation, Network & Marketing Organizations in Oman. Annual Business Plan & Monthly LE: Coordinating business partnering with other areas of the business (Sales & Operation, Network & Marketing) department heads to review historical activities, trends and future obligations, preparation of budgeted P&L and cash flows and comparison with actuals throughout the year and getting the reasons for variance if any. Month-end closing: Financial assurance including supporting the month-close activities and ensuring first time right (FTR). Effectively driven the quarterly performance Analysis packs (QPA) with Senior management. Effectively driven Monthly cadence pack & RLT Packs preparation and discussions with the business. Continuous focus on improvements opportunities (ESSA- Elimination, Simplification, Standardization, Automation) in process and content, identifies and actions opportunities to reduce complexity, promote best practice and provide focus on financial issues. Providing support to Finance manager in senior management presentations and various ad-hoc management reporting. Working Knowledge on accounting for leases as per IFRS 16.  Successfully migrated and smoothly implemented East CVP Reporting from business to finance operation, it’s the first migration from business to FO Chennai for Retail R&A. Identified Non-value process time in AM watchlist report which is a ready reckoner for Account mangers having both financial/ Non - Financial KPI’s which helps them to identify the performance against Sales target, Customer satisfaction summary, Leakage of revenue due to inactive customers and non-utilized cards and estimated efforts saving comes around 500 Hrs also where this project is nominated for EVP awards (Operational Excellence).

 Financial Analyst in Cost Accounting Solutions (CAS) department of Flex Technologies (India) Private Ltd, Chennai from 10th March 2014 to till date and efficiently handled and performed the following activity:Responsibilities; -Month End Closing.• Preparation & Analysis Forecast v/s Actual every month.• Preparation & Analysis Budget v/s Actual quarterly, half yearly & yearly.• Inventory reconciliation during month end to match the quantity and value of inventory on hand with financial books and logistics books and book accruals.• Involved in preparation of Purchase price variance (PPV) report and analysis of variance and coordinate with Operations to arrive at the reason for variance. • Involved in preparation of Material loss report to alert Operations to maintain the production loss within the forecast and analysis if there is any default • PPV roll out to P&L during month end based on consumption % of each item and adjust for customer holdback. • Follow up with Operations on a regular basis to have clean metrics and to clear non-conformance.• Responsible for preparing the prepaid & accrual journal entries.• Product costing & productivity analysis.• Prepare descriptive monthly MIS reports on actual financials, Forecast and variance analysis.Daily & Weekly Activities.• Preparing Expensed direct material (EDM) and analyze the EDM amount consumed in production, compare the actual with forecasted amount.• Preparation of Customer P&L & Expenses report on a daily basis to find revenue and other details of each customer.• Responsible for Standard Costing & Variance Analysis.• Take care of other Adhco Activities as requested by site• Preparation of Material loss report on daily basis to alert Operations to maintain the production loss within the forecast and analysis if there is any default. • Involved in preparation of open debits to track the non-conformance value and show the comparison with the previous week.
