Company Profile: Job Profile:•Commissioning of various plants with Close circuit, COMFLEX Circuit, Roller Press, SKS Separators, LC Separators etc. •Grinding media charging, wear rate calculations for Cement Mill, Percentage filling of Cement Mill, chamber sampling & Sieve Analysis.•Optimization of the running Processes and planning the shutdown of the plant.•Operation of Double chamber Cement Mills, Air-swept Mills, Roller Press, SKS Separators, V-Separators etc.•Flow measurements and Calculations of Cement Mill•Through study of Process parameters with Statistical Process Control Method•Plant Auditing and Report making.

•In charge of Cement Mill in Unit– I & II Shree Cement Beawar.•Working in the Optimisation team of Khuskhera Grinding Unit.•Internal Auditor for ISO and Internal Auditor for Energy Management•Maintaining all the Process parameters form Control Room and from field to ensure trouble free working.•Commissioning and Operation of Shree Cement Unit-II close circuiting & Khushkhera Grinding Unit’s.•Involvement in making the Automation and Process interlocks of Khushkhera Grinding Unit.•Shutdown Planning and work planning, scheduling and integration of all jobs.•Through study of Process parameters with Statistical Process Control Method•Have experience in Operation of Grinding Aids in Cement Mill.•Have taken KHD certified training on “Roller Press optimization and Performance”•Grinding media charging, wear rate calculations for Cement Mill, Percentage filling of Cement Mill, chamber sampling & Sieve Analysis.•Optimization of the running Processes and planning the shutdown of the plant.•Have Experience in Operation of Double chamber Cement Mills, Air-swept Mills, Roller Press, SKS Separators, V-Separators etc.•Flow measurements and Calculations of Cement Mill•Involved in introducing new technologies for Energy saving.
