Some of the pioneering achievements of PMI® North India Chapter under my leadership are as follows:I spearheaded various efforts with various chapter leaders, including the production of a documentary movie on the state and opportunity of project management in India called "Behind the Scene." PMI® North India Chapter organized the PMiConclave2006 in four cities in collaboration with PMI Headquarters to assess the status and need of project management global practices. More than 800 people participated in the survey. The recommendations led to PMI® establishing its own office in India besides the Chapter model. AstroWix, as a knowledge Partner, organized the PM Lecture Day in Lahore, Pakistan, in collaboration with PMI North India Chapter and various PMI Chapters in Pakistan in 2005. PMI® North India Chapter organized the PMiCon2005 themed "Achieving India Inc. Objectives with Project Management Excellence" in November 2005.
