Responsible for Arlington County Government's (ACG) Content Management platforms (OnBase, SharePoint, WordPress) and the solutions deployed on these platforms. Responsible for website operations for public-facing websites, the County intranet and internal collaboration tools, and Document management/workflow solutions. Serving all of ACG in an internal consulting model. Managing a team of 10 resources in Department of Technology.

* Providing project management and solution design support to a Federal Agency for an ECM system modernization effort.

Business Development Lead focused on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) within IBM GBS Public Sector’s BAO practice. Responsible for building relationships across IBM organizations and partners to win and deliver ECM business. Responsible for business development, project execution and delivery, client relationship management, and thought leadership.
* Work with account teams to identify/qualify opportunities, develop strategy to position IBM to win business. Responsible for winning business: proposal response, formulating win themes, IBM positioning, partnerships. * Managed a $2.4M Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse project for Marriott International. The team consisted of 8 SME’s in the US with 10 developers in India.

* Responsible for implementing the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) initiative. Presented to the CEO and CIO the benefits and impact of ECM. Tasked to build ECM expertise within corporate operations. Responsible to build expertise into internal and external consultancy.
* Responsible for identifying content management needs within MAXIMUS and it projects. Conduct requirements analysis, and present ROI and benefits to gain approval for ECM implementation.
* Interact with ECM vendors to gain product knowledge. Responsible for evaluating vendor offerings for functionality and fit. Will make recommendation for strategic alliance.

Responsible for managing project plan, finance and resources on projects. Worked with clients in JAD sessions to detail functional requirements and business workflows. * Lead a business process and cost savings analysis for a $1M imaging and workflow proposal.

* Effectively managed the upgrade and cutover of a critical FileNet imaging and workflow system.
* Reduced processing time for claims adjudication – able to handle increased volumes without hiring additional staff.

* Towers Perrin; Lead a team of three developers. Worked with the team on requirements gathering, scoping out the enhancements, designing, developing and implementation the changes.
* Kansas Department of Revenue (Topeka, KS); Test team leader. Lead a team of eight, client and AMS, testers through integration & stress test.

* Conducted a financial analysis of IT servicing in Mexico. This model was to be used to propagate the concept to all the countries where Air Product has a presence.

* Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Company (Denver, CO); Gathered information, wrote specifications, designed and developed custom Visual Basic applications to integrate FileNET for a $12 million project. Project involved re-engineering the claims process flow for the company by implementing an Imaging solution using FileNET. The implementation decreased the per-claim processing cost by 40% and brought an overall saving of 30%. System handles 80,000 claims a day spread across 25 offices nationwide and supports 2,000 users.
* BOC Gases (Murry Hill, NJ); Authored Technical Guide for BOC technical support staff for trouble-shooting, process flow, and code modification of the OCR Server.
* AMS; Developed an application for marketing and customer tracking of an AMS application.
