Later adapting the programme to a blended approach in response to COVID. Designed and delivered a 6 module F2F leadership programme for first line managers in e technical environment.Working with a University client, designing and delivering an “Employability week workshop” and also adapting this for virtual delivery during COVID years. It provides graduating PhD students with skills and support in a) finding employment; and b) making a strong start in a new role.• Part training, part ‘workshop’, participants drive the agenda within broad topics.• Prepared activities and materials are supplemented with presentation and discussion of other material responding live to the needs of the group.• Measurable success of past programmes in graduates finding and securing roles has led to annual repetition of the programme.

Responsible for designing and delivering training and development programmes and coaching as well as developing business and managing key account relationships.𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀Project managed a ten day turnaround in the design and development of a year-long blended programme for 30 high potential graduates based across Europe with a Global blue chip organisation.• 8 modules consisting of 18 workshops (14 x 90 minute virtual and 4 x 2 day face to face)• Line managers observed measurable changes in behaviour and performance.• Participants reported a significant improvement in their visibility and accelerated progress within the organisation.Organised an in-house mentoring programme, using Graduate's objectives to pair with suitable managers in the organisation. Ran workshops for both mentors and mentees on getting the best from the relationships. Many measurable successes including career progress of mentees.Mapped IMechE Open programme workshop content against CMI standards to ensure compliance for CMI qualifications.Design and delivery of ‘CMI Bootcamp’: a week long workshop giving participants a fast-tracked route to CMI qualifications. Unusually high pass rates observed. Delivered a ‘Diversity, Inclusion and Unconscious Bias’ workshop across 3 continents, successfully balancing the need for organisational consistency with a sensitivity to local culture.Worked closely with another IMechE department to manage the design and delivery (and annual update) of the workshop elements in a 2.5 day conference.
