More than Eighteen years of experience in managing strategic, global marketing programs for technology businesses. I’ve played a pivotal role in development of Edge1 OOH ERP and its acceptance with the key players of OOH advertising industry worldwide. I’m responsible for managing product development and quality assurance, while driving internal operation and development process improvements. I have successfully led US Technosoft through the launch of four new software products and countless releases. I work closely with the executive management team to develop business strategies, grow sales and provide customers with outstanding support. I’m also responsible for the overall vision, strategy and direction of US Technosoft’s portfolio of CRM products. In span of working, eighteen years with US Technosoft I’ve gain experience of management and leadership in the CRM sector, with specific experience in the Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Public Sector markets. As a CRM thought leader, I’m a frequent speaker at company, industry and customer events and frequently contributes articles and papers on both CRM and industry specific topics to global publishers.
