External Relations Department is responsible for communications and sponsorships expertise of the group.My Responsibilities:- Leading a team of 21 people to run club’s communication campaigns- Taking park in developing the communication idea and implementing a cross-channel marketing plan including online/PR and offline for the campaigns- Developing sponsorship packages and communicating with businesses to raise sponsorship and meet the business’s needs/marketing goals

Let's On Air is the biggest annual student-organized communications campaign in HCMC.My Responsibilities:- Researched the student-organized campaign landscape and the insight of GenZ to idealize the campaign’s big idea, and concepts that attracted over 1000 participants in its events and contest.- Built the campaign timeline and led a team of 45 people to execute the campaign.- Developed and fostered strong relationships with a wide range of stockholders including 15 sponsors (SONY, Galaxy Play...), 12 influencing judges (Huynh Lap, Uy Le…), and over 1000 participants.

My Responsibilities:- Providing market category, and consumers understanding by digital analytics tools to develop insight and ideation of IMC campaigns.- Creating content ideas and PR stunts for communication campaigns following plan direction and customer insight.- Working closely with the media team and booking agency to ensure the campaign content meet the right target customer on every channel.- Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns based on the channel’s data/audiences’ feedback.- Created and successfully won 2 digital campaign proposals for Mega Lifesciences Vietnam (Brand: VITACAP) and Lac Hong University

My Responsibilities:- Created social posts content as well as detailed brief for designer and managed social media channels of the VNG Recruitment team- In charge of producing marketing materials content such as event banners, posters, email marketing etc- Took part in building the concept and monthly content of VNG Employee Referral Program which successfully account for 40% KPI of the Recruitment team
