As a Service Engineer at Octillion Power Systems, I provide Technical support and High-Voltage Battery services to dealer partners, resolving complex issues in EV batteries using software tools such as BUSMASTER, PCAN, and GUI. I also assist channel partners with Tata Diagnosis Software (TDS) and Tata Flashing Software (TFS) issues and prepare reports and analyses of the top complaints.I have 2+ years of experience in the Automotive EV sector with focus on technical diagnosis application I have worked with Tata Authorised Dealerships as Diagnostic Expert and Trainer respectively. I have extensive hands-on experience in the diagnosis of EVs with the use of various tools and systems such as V-connect+, Tata Diagnosis Software (TDS), Tata Flashing Software (TFS), VCU Analyser and BMS Orion. I have also conducted In-house technical trainings for various roles and assisted technicians for complex diagnosis My core competencies include foresight, professional skills, and professional services industries.
